The average property prices in the area are currently at Rs 2100 per sq ft, owning to the fact that the locality is at quite some distance from the main parts of the city. Also the fact that the area is not fully developed adds to the low property prices in the region.

Yeah i agree with the comment about schools. It is the same with hospitals. Some of the major hospitals in the vicintiy are Prabha Ayurveda Hospital, ESI Hospital, Umadevi Nursing Home, Martin Homopaethy Clinic, Sri Lakshmi Medical Centre and Hospital, and Ramana Gounder Hospital.

Given the fact that the locality is a little farway from the main city, social infrastructure like schools is not that many But still there are some schools in the adjacent area that are quite good. Some of them are VCM Government Higher Secondary School, Nakshatra International School, Parth International School, and Stepping Stones Montessori School.

I would suggest you go for it, since in my opinion, the locality is pretty decent. It is situated in the northern borders of the city and is surrounded by prominent localites like Hudco Colony, Cheran Colony, Viswanthapuram, Pallakattu Thottam, Ashokapuram, Anjugam Nagar, Urumandampalayam, and Thirumalai Nagar.
