You know farmers protested against the price that they were paid and had moved to court for better compensations. So now the land losers will be getting about 40 % of the developed land when it will be completed by the mid of 2016.

The total cost of this site project is about Rs. 258 crores. One good thing is this project is expected to spur the growth and development in this area. which has been fairly moderate so far. Also prices around the these areas and its neighbouring ones is expected to go up due to this.

Prices for the sites are not set as of now. Because when the project was started three years ago, MUDA took into consideration the inflation that might arise in the land prices, so they have decided to price them when the development is completed with all the civic amenities.

Actually, it is very difficult. There's about 25 people in line for every single site going by the statistics. According to MUDA there are a total of 1.5 lakh applications that are pending, who are waiting to buy a plot here,

So this project will have anywhere near 6100 residential sites in total. The areas where it will be in are RT Nagar, Ballahalli and the outer ring road localities. This project was cleared by the Karnataka government two weeks ago.

Yes. This is happening. Apparently MUDA has brought this project back from reaching oblivion, after a break of three years. They are working to come up with a 484-acre layout in the South West of Mysore. It is expected to start distribution from the July of 2016.
