You are very much true that sector 150 is planned to become the first greenest sector of NCR which will be overhead wiring free. Thereby, the Noida Authority is making arrangements to take down all kinds of electric, telephone, and internet etc, underwire through RCC ducts. Connectivity wise as well the authorities are making plans to construct a bridge linking Noida and Greater Faridabad allowing commuters access the expressway connecting Noida and Greater Noida. But the main issue is, the project Lotus Greens Sports city in sector 150 which is approved by authority and seems that authority is favoring builders in this case. Hello Abhay, Yes I too heard about Unnati Fortune Group from several people. It is one of the emerging real estate companies in Delhi NCR and offers great residential and commercial projects in Noida. The Aranya is one of its residential projects based on Green Building Concept and spreads over 18 acres of prime land in sector 119 of Noida. The project is offering world class design, open green area, and numerous modern amenities that match highest of international standards. One should definitely see the projects by Unnati Fortune Group, if he/she wants to invest in real estate property in Delhi NCR.
Hello everyone, this is true that Noida authority is planning to develop a sprawling Sports City in Sector 150 across nearly 300 acres at a cost of over Rs 2,300 crore. The low-density Sports City will offer recreational as well as residential facilities to make sports more accessible to the population and to promote healthy living. I also want to bring in notice about few real estate developers who are also constructing residential projects based on the Green Building Concept and helping in environment conservation.
Hello Nidhi, I agree with your point. There are many developers who took a step ahead in environment-friendly construction. I came across to one such real estate company - Unnati Fortune Group - based in Delhi NCR. The Group is offering residential project in Sector 119 of Noida - The Aranya, which is based on Green Building Concept and has almost 70% of the total land as open green area. It is also offering facilities like intergrated jogging track, cricket nets, basketball and badminton courts, kids play area, and many more, to bring people closer to nature and environment.
As per sources, the project will also have a 9-hole golf course. The maximum permissible ground coverage of the entire land shall be 30%, of which 0.5% will be reserved for commercial use and 29.5% for group housing and residential use. The rest 70% will have sports open area and sports facilities including multi-purpose playfields, indoor sports hall, cricket academy, swimming centre, a hospital and internal roads and green spaces.
The authority is also constructing a bridge to the cut travel time between Noida and Faridabad. It takes almost an hour to commute between the two cities, as one has go via Kalindi Kunj in south Delhi, where jams are usual in peak hours. The bridge will link Noida and to the various sectors in Greater Faridabad. The bridge will lead to Pari Chowk and will allow commuters going towards Noida and Greater Noida to access the expressway.
In my point of view, the Sports City will be spread over 300 acres and developed at a cost of Rs 2,300 crore. It will offer both recreational and residential facilities. A separate provision for a permissible ground coverage and floor area ratio has been proposed as per the Building Regulations Act of Noida and Master Plan 2031.
According to me, emphasizing that the proposed Sports City will be a place for both professionals and youngsters, People have cut on physical activities nowdays. Space crunch is also to blame for this. Our idea is to offer best sports facilities to residents and promote a healthy living.
As per my knowledge, the Noida Authority plans to develop Sector 150 as an ideal sector, with 80% of the 600-acre area as green cover and construction limited to the remaining 20%. The sector, according to officials, will also have a 42-acre park, one of the biggest in the country, besides a low-density Sports City.
As per different sources, Noida Authority chairman and CEO Rama Raman said that they plan to develop Sector 150 as an ideal sector. There are only two low-density sectors in Noida, 79 and 150. A 42-acre theme park is also being developed.
