Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue Sector-150, Noida is a RERA registered project and its RERA Registration number is UPRERAPRJ1746.
Under special payment plan, you have to pay 30% within 15 days of booking at the time of allotment. 30% plus 100% car parking plus 100% PLC plus 100% of any other charges if applicable, and 40% on offer of possession.
