Godrej Nurture by Godrej properties Limited located at sector-150 Noida is a recently launched project. This project is span across 9 acres of vast land consists 313 units in 5-towers.It offers 2,3, and 4 BHK residential flats. Its variants are available from 893 sq.ft (carpet area) in 2 BHK, 1223 - 1361 sq.ft (carpet area) in 3 BHK, and 1618 - 1821 sq.ft (carpet area) in 4 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.8585 on carpet area. A 3 BHK flat will cost you Rs.1.05Cr - 1.45Cr onwards while for a 4 BHK flat, you have to pay Rs.1.65 Cr - 1.85 Cr onwards.

I am agree to Saras. Located at the intersection of the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road, Yamuna Expressway and the Hindon River, Sector 150 is well-connected within the region. The 75-metre-wide road, from Noida-Greater Noida Expressway to Faridabad, passes through Sector 150-152. This road add to the connectivity of Noida and Greater Noida with Haryana and other parts of Uttar Pradesh. The construction of Aqua metro line is a plus point for the locality. The locality of Sector-150 was attracted real estate developments primarily due to effectively planned lay out. This real estate hots-spot is well-equipped with good social infrastructure, reputed educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls.
