Does anyone know about Sri Ramas Ganga Yamuna residential project in Kondapur

So are you interested in booking these flats? the builders are charging around 20% of the total amount as the downpayment, and they are accepting cash as well. The rest of the amount can be covered by the bank loans

The current price per sq ft for this project has increased a little bit I guess, right now it is around 3,200 rupees per sq ft. but that is the average price in Kondapur as of now. It is not negotiable though.

Did you know that the builders have finalised the construction of 2 blocks which will have 5 floors each. Also the project has less than 100 units of apartments available for sale. so it would if beneficial if you quickly weigh the pros and cons and decide on the place

The pricing for the project is pretty decent in my opinion. The 2 BHK apartment costs around Rs 37.5 lakh, and the 3 BHK apartment costs around Rs 50 lakh. When taken together with the locality and the features provided, i think the pricing is accurate.

Hey I have spoken to the builder recently and there are not many units that are available in this project now. Most of them are already booked, there is only one 3 bhk flats is availablein one of the blocks called Ganga, and in the Yamuna block one 2 bhk and one 3 bhk flat is avaiable.

I would like to tell you about the security measures taken by the builders to ensure that the project is suitable for inhabitation. The project is constructed using a RCC framed structure, viltrified tiles, anti skid flooring, plastic paint on walls, and copper wiring for electric fittings.

In terms of approvals you can be rest assured that you are in safe hands. The project has gotten approvals from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Also the project has approvals from HDFC Banks, which adds to the goodwill and reliability of the project.

The project has apartments with options of 2 BHK and 3 BHK categories to choose from. Also the floor area for the 2 BHK apartment is 1170 sq ft, and that for 3 BHK apartment is 1550 sq ft, which you can choose from depending on your requirement.

I too have sort of finalised the same project for purchasing and can tell you that i think that it is pretty good. The developers have announced amenities like 24 hour power backup, maintainence staff, intercom facility, rain water harvesting, round the clock security, and functioning lift.
