The project is being situated in Kondapur, The locality is pretty nice and has a decent state of infrastructure. Some hospitals in the area are Government Area Hospital, and Civil Hospital. Schools include Sri Sai Rama Hospital, and Sharada High School.
Another good thing about this project is the fact that it is approved by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Also major banks in the country like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank ,Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance etc. This hints at the reliability of the project, don't you think?
The makers have installed various security features in the project. These features include anti skid flooring, plastic paint on walls, vitrified tiles, copper wiring for electrical fittings, and RCC framed structure.
