Q: Me and my husband is planning to buy a property in Bangalore for self use . But we are looking if any builders or developers are giving any kind of discounts at the time of booking.
Developers are trying their luck at its best. Even 20:80 scheme payment options and developer paying home loan interest on behalf of customers are on, but didnt see much demand :( :(
True actually... I have read some where that Tata Housing is offering subsidized home loan at 7.99% for 25 projects in 8 cities where as banks are providing home loan at around 10.5%
In NCR, Supertech are giving free studio apartments in Noida for buyers who has booked top floors in the Capetown Project in Noida, In Gurgaon, builder are asking for minimal amount and pay the rest of the amount at the time of possession.
Good news!!! Builders are actually giving awesome discounts as well as freebies to lure the prospective home buyers. They are offering 25% discounts on per sqft rates, free studio apartments for those who are buying top floors of a luxury residential block, free modular kitchen, wardrobe, air conditioner and much more.
Neptune Group is offering buyers possession on 50% payment while the rest of the amount has to be paid in 36 EMIs for its Bhandup project in Mumbai
Leela Residencie, Brigade Cresecent and Marvel Developers are offering free modular kitchen, air conditioners and even top range wardrobefor higher end properties. Bangalore realty big shots like Nitesh estates and HM Group are offering up to 15% cash discount
