Q: Hello myself Nikhil, i wanted to ask about the Beechanakuppe locality in Indore and thought it would be a good option to talk to the local Mysore folks. So how is the locality, and should i go for it?
Road connectivity with the rest of the city is a very important factor, especially with localities which are at some distance from the city. The roads connecting the area with the city are KRS Road, SH-117, SH-68, and Hunsur Road.
Since the area is yet to be developed, it has a very cheap property price. The average property price currently works out to be around Rs 2100 per sq ft. I think you can invest in this area, and later reap the benefits, since it is bound to experience development.
Just like with schools and hospitals, the area also has a dearth of apartment complexes. Some nearby ones include KEB Quarters, Prime Residency, GreenHouse Valley Residency, and Swagath Aaprtment Complex. Mind you these apartments are not within the vicinity of the locality.
Yeah i agree, since the locality is mostly comprising of vacant plots right now, there is not much development infrastructure vise. Some of the closest hospitals include Bharath Cancer Hospital, Aadithya Adhikari Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital, and Vikram Hospital.
To be honest with you the area is not that well developed. Some of the schools in the area are Government Hugh School, De Paul International Residential School and Junir College, Myra School of Business, and Podar International School.
Here is the information you are looking for; the locality is at a distance of 32 km from the Mysore Airport and can be reached via Ring Road. Also the Mysore Junction is situated only 17.5 km away and connected via Hunsur Road.
Hey the locality is quite decent and has average development, and situated in the north west outskirts of the city, It also has some fine neighboring localities like Hulikere, Avverahalli, Mydanahalli, Basthipura, Karakanahalli, Belagola, and Hebbal Industrial Estate.
