The properties in this locality are priced at a reasonable, and quite frankly cheap Rs 2000 per sq ft. This price is actually very decent, and given that the area is bound the develop in the future these prices are bound to increase in the future.

The locality has a decent network of roads that connect it to the rest of the city. Some of the prominent roads connecting the area are Kozhikode- Mysore- Kollegal Highway, Ring Road, Link Main Road, Ooty Main Road from Chamundi Hills.

Did you know that the locality is at a distance of only 1 km from the Mysore Airport and can be reached via Airport Road. Also the Mysore Junction is situated only 11 km away and connected via NH-212.

Yeah, the same thing for hospitals. The area has no hospitals to choose from in the vicinity, and the nearest ones are Shishuvahar Ayurvedic Clinic, Panacea Hospital, Durga Dental Clinic, ESI Hospital, Government Hospital Nanjanguda, and Krishna Hospital.

I'll be honest with you, but the area doesn't have any schools to choose from. The nearest ones include Government High School, Bandipalya Government School, JSS Public School, Ramakrishna Vidya Niketan, and Mysore Public School.

Well, Marase is home to the Mysore Airport, so it has seen average development. The area is situated in the southern outskirts of the city, and has neighbouring localities like Hadajana, Hosahundi, Gurur, Kalalavali, Shiduvalli, and Kadakola etc.
