The properties in this locality are priced at a reasonable Rs 2900 to Rs 3100 per sq ft. This price is actually very decent, and given that the area is bound the develop in the future these prices are bound to increase in the future.

As far as the network of roads go, the locality is decent enough. Some of the roads, connecting the area to the rest of the city are Hunsur Road, Eastern Ring Road, Adishwar Nagar Main Road etc. These roads not only helped improve the connectivity, but also aided in the development around the area.

Did you know that the locality is at a distance of 20 km from the Mysore Airport and can be reached via Ring Road. Also the Mysore Junction is situated only 9 km away and connected via Vinoba Road and Hunsur Road.

While mostly comprising of individual houses, the locality also has a few residential apartments in the vicinity, that give it a safer feel. They include Swaroop Homes, Talreja Builders, Anmol Towers Society, Dutta Apartment, Sowparnika Royal Splendor, and Damden Furnes.

Social infrastructure including school is pretty good. Some reputed schools are National Public School, Bhavans Prominent School, SEVI School Mysore, Vedant KG School, Mini Gems Public School, Gyankirti Pre School, and Graduate School of Business etc.

Well you don't need to worry too much, since the locality is quite well developed in terms of medical facilities. Some of the hospitals like Supriya Hospital, Ashadeep Hospital, Total Diabetes Hormone Institute, Crescent Hospitals Pvt Ltd, and WEE Care Hospital.

Hey, i wanted to tell you that the locality is a pretty decent one, situated in the north west part of the city. It has decent neighbors like Madagalli, Ilavala Hobli, Hinkal, Vijay Nagar, Garudachar Layout, Deepanagar, Bogadi, and University of Mysore University.
