I think that the price of the individual houses are also quite reasonable in this part of Kochi. Many individual houses are available for buying in this area. I came to know that the price of a house is around rs. 1323270 per cent. For a plot here, I think the price on an average is rs. 216630 per cent.

Recently only, I got to know that the price of the property in this region is rising pretty fast compared to the other regions in the North Paravoor side. I am a real estate market watcher and now I think for an apartment near to this region, the price is around rs, 3068 per square feet to rs. 3404 per square feet.

Oh yeah..true about the connectivity. Even the connectivity to the airport is very good. The distance between the locality and the Cochin International Airport is around just 16 km from here. You can reach there by driving in 25 minutes. Moreover, the Aluva Municipal bus stand from where you can get buses to most places in Kochi is also very near to this locality.

I think that one another thing about connectivity is the connectivity to the railway stations from here. One of the major stations in Kochi, the Aluva railway station is very near to the region itself. For reaching Ernakulam Junction South railway station also it is easily possible from here.

Hey, the connectivity is one of the very important aspect of this locality. You can see that the Aluva Paravoor road passes through the centre of the locality. This connects the region to North Paravoor and to the region of Aluva. There are also many other connecting roads also in this locality.

I think that most of the properties that you can find here are individual houses and villa type properties only. You can also get many plots at a reasonable rate in this area. If you want an apartment, then, near to the area only the Aluva region is there, there are lots and lots of apartments available there such as Jonathan Apartments, Symphony Apartments, etc.

Thattampady region has a good mix of residential and commercial set up. There is a small town development near to the main roads here. Here, you can find a good shopping centre called the Family Shopping centre, and also there is the NSS Shopping Complex also here. Along with this, you can also find out that there are many provisional shops here that cater to the requirement of the population here.

Actually, along with the mentioning about the schools and colleges, I personally want to add some info about the hospitals also, as this is very important in case of emergency situations. Some of the hospitals near to this locality are Chaithram Cares Hospital, Primary Health centre, Karumalloor Hospital, Thiruvalloor Primary Health Centre, Karingamthuruth hospital, Little Flower hospital, as well as a government hospital.

Sure, I think that the social infrastructure of this region is very good here. There are so many good schools and colleges in and near to this locality. Some of the good insitution nearby are FMCT High School, Government LP School, Alangad Jama Ath Public School, Krishnan Elayathu Memorial High School, Matha College of Technology, Peace International School etc.
