Location Advantages:- Airport - 18 km, Durgadevi Tekdi (Garden) - 4 km, Akurdi Railway Station - 3 km, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park - 3 km, Mumbai-Pune Expressway - 2 km etc.

Almost all the leading banks such as HDFC Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank have approved this project for loan.
