@ Karthik ji well said project is beautiful and apartment sizes are good. now payment plans are 30:70 and price are much better then other builder. 1 more thing M3M running 18-19 projects at same time without any hassle. that shows builder's capacity.

This project is located in one of the prime residential location with all basic amenities nearby. This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 1355 sq-ft to 2768 sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2016. Construction work is in full swing.
