A lot of major schools and hospitals are located in close proximity to the project. Some of these schools and hospitals include Phoenix Greens International School, PadalaRam Raddy Collge, Indian School of Business, Continental Hospital, and Ujwala Jyoti Womens Hospital.

The satrting prices for these villas is somewhere around Rs. 2.83 crores with a psf of Rs. 7000/ sq ft. The prices of the villas is a little more than what other apartments in the area charge but looking at the facilities that they offer I don't think that this is a bad choice.

The villas stand on two floors. On the ground floor you have ample parking area, and a master bedroom with an attached toilet, and a separate living and dining area with a kitchen. You have two rooms and living area on the 1st floor and a single room with living area on the top floor.

Hey, The villas in the community are avaialble in two different size options to the residents. The bigger of the two 4 bhk villas should somehwere be around 4200 sq ft and the smaller of the two is 4056 sq ft.

The villa project is being constructed on around 3.5 acres of land area in gachibowli and the builders are developing around 25 villas that will be ther in the gated community. So, if you want to book one you should contact the builders.

Hi, The project is being headed by the Grand Infratech India Pvt Ltd and I am guessing that this is their very first residential project in Hyderabad. They are still new in the business of real estate and I am not sure about the quality of their work.
