We are planning tobuy an apartment in velaqchery, when we wre enquired the builder is constructing a 300 sq ft Room

Q: Builder has planned to construct a 300 sq.ft room for is office space in the ground stilt and UDS of 100 sqft, in total area of 2400 sqft, and 5 apartments . The area planned for builders office space is not in Fsi, so kindly clarify whether this will lead to any problem in future

Hi, in my knowledge if FSI is the way to calculate min floor area ratio. so if any one is not following these mini fsi , he should definitely get notice from authority. so please avoid such kind of project.
