2BHK booked 2010(group booking), gr noida sec 1, Arihant greens by JMDR. Very Slow. Should we stay or pull out
Q: Attractive pricing but we are not sure of possession as the builder is running short of funds and booking is also 50% as told by him. 4BHK- 7floor structure, 3bhk- not dug up and 2BHK 1Floor. He claims to give possession by 2017 frst half.

Though the location wise the project is attractive and we booked under group booking so prices are also attractive but the problem is in last 5 yrs there has been very slow movement. Also, the builder has very little funds and resources to carry on the project. This has created doubts in our minds and the builder is demanding money. Please consider the possession and credibility factors also and suggest. Thanks again for the replies

Hi Sai, I am not sure if we are referring to the same project. As the JMDR project- Arihant greens is a small project with no schools and hospital facilities. Please suggest base on the delay in possession and credibility factors.
