feedback on Hilife constructions

Q: They are starting a new project called Hilife Green Woods in Whitefield. They have completed some projects before like Hilife Pearl Shell.
I liked the project and booked a flat. But would like to get feedback about the builder.

Hilife Greenwoods is being developed by Hilife Constructions and Hilife Pearl was developed by Hilife Developers. Both are different. The first one is playing with the existing brand. Its marketing gimics. I received mail from them that the flat is ready to occupy and when I checked it is still about to construct. They said 33.8Lacs for 2BHK including everything + Registration which is in reality you have to pay for Registration.

Hi. Can you please let me know, is hilife greenwoods another apartments by hilife developers or is it a different venture. Will the construction quality and standards of hilife greenwoods be same as hilife pearl shell? Also can you let me know the price they are quoting.

Hi Life Greenwoods is a new venture by Hi Life Construction located at Seegahalli Gate on State Highway 35 and it is 5.2 kms from ITPL. All of their projects are doing good in the market.

Hi Neha, I have gone thru your posts and discussions and concluded that you have a distinguished idea about the real estate throughout.. okay enough 'taaariff' now :P
I have gone thru the the HiLife Devlopers project (near Mahadevpura, whitefield) & hope this is the same where you had booked one.
Please suggest me whether is it safe to invest here and what is the possession time they told you.
