I think this would be a very good achievement for the mayor also. Mayor Tony Chammany, who is also the councilor from this division, MLAs Hibi Eden and Benny Behanan, GCDA secretary R Lalu and GCDA administrative council member Akbar Badusha will also be present at the function. This road will see the end of woes for the commuters.

Yeah...the road has been finished and the road will be inaugurated by PWD Minister V K Ibrahim Kunju at 10 am on March 27. I think that theGCDA chairman N Venugopal will preside over the inauguration function of the road.

Actually, I got to know that the works for the road completed pretty much in time. No? I came to know that GCDA took the initiative to construct the road three months ago. The construction has been completed at a cost of Rs. 15 lakh.

Yeah...that's why the road had to be made. I think land acquisition became necessary for the construction of the road as a single stretch following the traffic diversion which was introduced due to the ongoing Kochi Metro Rail work.

Earlier, you know, this was a lot difficult for the commuters. Vehicles had to take detour twice to reach Thamanam - Pullrepady road because nearly 100 metres of the road was not tarred and was in a dilapidated condition.

I think that this road is lying along the Perandoor canal. You know, it starts from Kaloor near PVS Memorial Hospital, provides easy access to Thammanam- Pullepady road.

Hi, I think that there was a very long waiting for the Kottekanal road to open for the traffic. There is a good news that after this long 25 years of waiting, the Kottekanal road has been opened for the traffic.
