Suggestion about area location buying a property

Q: Is it a good option to buy a 3BHK apartment proposed or planned

by Sumadhura Infracon Pvt Ltd in Thindlu Vidyaranyapura road

Bangalore.Our budget is 55 lakhs to 60 lakhs! Presently we are

living in a 2 BHK apartment in Sumadhura Matrusree residency in

Thindlu Vidyaranyapura post Bangalore. Over all we are not

happy with the builders & with the apartment & the area location.

Is it a good idea to buy a resale 3BHK apartment we are confused

in which good residentail area we can buy a property like a

new aparment or a new Villa for our budget in Bangalore!
