Did they start with the registration of the plots? What is this DTCP approval?

According to the sales representative, the registration of the property was suppose to start on June or July.

DTCP is Directorate of Town and Country Planning. The department looks after the subject of planning and development in urban and rural areas.

It seems the DTCP approval is under process and it will take another 15 days time to get the approval.

Hi Arjun, As of now they are only taking booking and for booking you have to pay 30% of the total amount. Registration of the plots will start from June or July.

Hi Roshan,

Thanks for the update. I feel 30% as booking amount is quite high. Is there any sale agreement done after paying the booking amount? I think bank give loan up to 80% for plots, do you have any idea with which banks they have tie up to pay 10% of booking amount after 20% of self contribution in the booking amount.
