Q: I constructed a 4 Floor Building on 20 x 30 site which is of B khata, construction was done in the year 2014, will i get the Sakrama done for this?

As far as I know all buildings constructed before October 19, 2013, are eligible for regularization.

Who can apply under akrama sakarma? What will happen if the development is more than the permissible limits?

Only the rightful owner of a property can apply under this scheme provided the violation is with respect with the floor area ration and set back area and within the permissible limits.

If the development is more than the permissible limits it will not be regularized until and unless the violation is brought down within the prescribed limits.
