Bangalore would be the first to receive all amenities making the city more profitable for property investors. Long term effect: The scheme provides opportunity for B-Khata to be converted to A-Khata once the property has been regularized by paying Betterment Charges. So, there will be an increase in the availability of regularized properties in the market which might impact the property prices in Bangalore.
