Bhavans land cases in Hyderabad

Q: Hey, is the government taking any steps to the ownes of the three parcels of land that were allotted for the construction of Banjara Bhavan

The government is at fault too.. the government should have been careful not to allot disputed land for the three bhavans in the city

Before this, , BJP leader G Kishan Reddy demanded that the government announce a comprehensive policy on allotment of land for various sections of the society for construction of such bhavans or community centers., didnt he?

Currently, the allotment of land for the bhavans was challenged in the court... The government, on its part, instructed the advocate general to file a counter and is confident that with all the facts being in favour of the government, it would win the cases and the construction of the bhavans would begin as soon as the court passes its orders.
