delayed possession

Q: As per time line given by builder, flats will be ready for possession by dec2013. Till now it is not ready and builder is due to NGT issue and it is not their fault. What to do, and it seems he will not pay penalty as per contract?

I have visited the site yesterday and was told that the lift installation in Tower 06 & 08 may take another 04 months. Hopefully I expect to get the flat possesion by Oct-Nov this year

Hello Pradeep, I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the forward plan. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement. Either way you need to explore more options and not let your builder governs your decision. Thanks.
