delayed possession
Q: As per time line given by builder, flats will be ready for possession by dec2013. Till now it is not ready and builder is due to NGT issue and it is not their fault. What to do, and it seems he will not pay penalty as per contract?

Latest Answer: Hi, You must contact with the concerned real estae developer and solve the matter by discussing on the issues.
