Today time instead of buying a apartment in pre launch you can look for ready to move options, due to the delay in hand over. ARATT is a good promising location but they have their ready project also where atleast you can get some good rental income. You can also consider Suncity Gloria on main road.
Hi Manish, I agree that these days home buyers are facing issues for delay in possession. Usually you get many schemes and offer when the project is in pre launch stage.
Aratt Milano is a BBMP approved project with A Khata. Banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, ICICI and Axis has approved the project.
Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3200 for ground floor, Rs 50 floor rise for first floor and from second floor on wards it is Rs 20 floor rise.
Hi Dharmesh, The sales person told me that the project has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and about A Khata they do not have information about the same.
The construction work started two months back and the work is going on in full swing. The project is expected to get completed by 14 months from now.
It is worth buy a property in this project for investment purpose because the project is 2 kms from Mico Bosch Road. The project is surrounded by educational institutions, malls and IT campuses. Due to these you can expect good appreciation.
