Plot / Land to buy in Hyderabad

Q: Hello Frds!

I am planning to buy Plot / Land around hyderabad and this is purely investment purpose which I am not going touch it for many years(possible 8 to 10 years) . So with the market touching ground level, which is the best place to buy?? I am fine a bit outside of the city as well. pls advice friends.
( Miyapur or Manikonda or Shankarpalli)??

Good to know Naveen. Common floor, 99 acres i am seeing. Since i am in diff city its quite difficult for me. But it is always best to go ground level and ask the people for prices. So that u always know which is right price for investment. good hunting and if u come across anything let us know too.

Hi From an investment point of view one can look in "Miyapur" where you get lots of options in low to mid price range. And what I research in few month that these locations is in a growing stage.

Good to know Sumanth. Budget it all depends on the Locality and if the price is cheaper can go little more....lets say i am looking at 400 sq yd or more. I see many AD's in common floor and looks like they are decent and it is expected to go a bit down looks like..

Hi Krishna, if you are looking for Plot it is better you can look Shankarpalli, Hyderabad. You get more option in this location with affordable price. By the way what is your expected budget of investment?
