Is BRC infra SIVHILLS worth investing

Latest Answer: Last week, I was in BRC project and the construction is in progress for E Block and few other, They are quoiting 3200 and after discussions and negotiation they were ready to for 2800, However because of the connectivity and road status, I have not taken next step.

Launching price is almost 2100 per sq ft and current rate is in between 3400 to 3474 sq/ft. so if you talk about appreciation-project almost get more that 50% of price appreciation in 4 yrs of time.

Plot / Land to buy in Hyderabad
Q: Hello Frds!

I am planning to buy Plot / Land around hyderabad and this is purely investment purpose which I am not going touch it for many years(possible 8 to 10 years) . So with the market touching ground level, which is the best place to buy?? I am fine a bit outside of the city as well. pls advice friends.
