May be but when I asked about CC last month I was told that it was was expected in 2nd or 3rd week of May. I spoke to them yesterday again and they told me the same. Hope it's not leading service.
From what I gather information about the Oberoi is that even if it is delayed by 2-3 months, they will easily catch up. Relax, everything will be fine.

I heard that they didn't get CC yet. It seems to me that CC is getting delayed due to the change in approval process advised by MoEF which mandates obtaining environment, forest and wildlife clearances separately rather than a single window clearance system as per the Aug.2014
@Praveen, Exotica Enigma has got all the required approvals from BMC and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved for housing loan.
They are charging Rs. 100/sq-ft for floor rise. Demolition work has been finished and work on plinth is going on.
Thanks once again Vineet, I heard that pricing for under construction are between 11000-13000/sq-ft + extras and for resale is 17000-19000/sq-ft for ready to move-in project in Mulund West is quite good. Area is fully ruled by Runwal, Nirmal, Marathon, Sheth who have multiple projects. None of these would even come close to what Oberoi is projecting.
@Praveen, If Oberoi comes up with 12750/sq-ft+ floor rise would be in similar price range as Wadhwa. If Oberoi offers 13K then it will be a high price. What will hurt the most with Oberoi is 40% in first 4-5 months when CC is received. The payment plan is 10% on booking + 10 (within 30 days) + 20 (on CC). This is way higher than others....
