Guys,
VVA developers are bunch of thieves, They just want your money nothing else. The day you will give your money they will stop responding to your queries. If you have hard earned money then do not waste it here. They do not have any return policy for your money . It is one way of throwing money. They cheated me by promising to deliver me flat in 2016. Now I am just asking them to refund my money back , they are giving thousand reason not to refund it back. It is very sad state of affair. If you want a peaceful life they be cautious of Aspen Height Project.

According to me, this project is one of the popular affordable residential development in Bhiwadi , developed by VVA Developers Pvt Ltd . This project is located in Alwar Bypass road , one of the prime residential location in Rajasthan. This project offers affordable spacious 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1025 sq-ft to 1450 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 2000/sq-ft.

Hi Mr Manish,

This is a fully government approved project. Banks approving loan are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank, LIC Housing finance & Indiabulls. It is expected that possession of this project will take around 36-40 months time. Project construction has not started. Proposed metro is nearby. Manufacturing industries have surrounded this project, around 30mins from this project.
