Q: Lot of people are investing in the MVL Coral township. Please tell me its key features, even I 'm looking for investment.
Latest Answer: This is really a fruad and gunda type company ...there projects are under construction since 2010 ...they have already collected total money from buyers but now neither they are interested in delivering flats nor they are returning buyers money ....never invest with such fraudsters

Latest Answer: As per sources, UIT (Urban Improvement Trust) has approved this project. Genesis city plots project is around 1.5km from Honda Plants in Sector 95. Proposed electronic hub is approx 1km from this project. This project is surrounded by Dharuhera, Chopanki and Kushkhera. Genesis city plots project is very much suitable for long term investment.

Latest Answer: Hi, Construction link payment plan of this project is like:- At the time of registration- 2.25 lac-3.25 lac including service tax , Within 60 days- 20% of BSP, On allotment - 10% of BSP+Floor PLC, Casting of ground floor roof - 10% of BSP, Casting of first floor roof- 10% of BSP, Casting of second floor roof - 10% of BSP+50% of additional cost, Casting of third floor roof- 10% of BSP, Casting of 4th floor roof- 10% of BSP+50% of additional cost, Completion of External plaster- 7.5% of BSP, Completion of flooring- 7.5% of BSP, On offer of possession- 5% of BSP+IFMS+Lease rent+EDC & IDC+other chages( if any).

Latest Answer: Guys, VVA developers are bunch of thieves, They just want your money nothing else. The day you will give your money they will stop responding to your queries. If you have hard earned money then do not waste it here. They do not have any return policy for your money . It is one way of throwing money. They cheated me by promising to deliver me flat in 2016. Now I am just asking them to refund my money back , they are giving thousand reason not to refund it back. It is very sad state of affair. If you want a peaceful life they be cautious of Aspen Height Project. Manoj,
