I am planning to book a 2 bhk apartment. How much will be the price of a 2 bhk all inclusive?

@Dushyant, You are telling that all the leading banks have approved the project. It will be great if you share the names of the banks and is it a BBMP approved project.

Hey Tej, The price of a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 43.21 lakhs excluding registrations. The project has got approvals from BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India and Indiabulls

The project is under construction and it is expected to get completed by 2016. It offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1000 sqft to 1300 sqft. All leading banks have approved the project and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3100. Only basic amenities are provided.

Till date they have completed two residential projects namely Lakeview and Sowparnika. One commercial project Nanda Gokula. Currently they have 4 projects which are into different level of construction.
