Hi promood , For investment point of view , project is good, project is already in ready to moves position and unit available in resales market. Launching price is almost 2100 per sq ft and current rate is in between 3400 to 3474 sq/ft. so if you talk about appreciation-project almost get more that 50% of price appreciation in 4 yrs of time.
