Q: We are planning to buy a 2 bhk in this project but before visiting the site I want to know if it is has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP and banks.

Nishitas Properties is a Bangalore based real estate company. The company is primarily focused on residential and contractual projects. They have completed around 15 residential projects and 9 contractual projects. Currently they have 9 (contractual basis) ongoing residential projects in Bangalore and Nellore under different construction stage.

Hi Mr Sharma, I have recently inquired about the project and it was told to me that it has got approval from BBMP and banks like LIC, India bulls and IDBI. A Khata is also there.

How much is the rate per sqft going on and what will be the cost of a 2 bhk apartment all inclusive? What is the estimated time of the possession?

The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4000 and the estimated position for this project is by 2017. A 2bhk in this project will cost you around Rs 47 lakhs excluding registrations.
