Mahindra Lifespaces Windchimes is a great property for anybody looking for housing in Bannerghatta road. It offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments which are both spacious and luxurious. There are resort like amenities like AV room, amphitheater, yoga lawn, basketball court, tennis court, cricket pitch in the property. The location is well connected to the city and there are various IT companies located nearby. Over the years, many educational institutions, hospitals and shopping malls have opened nearby as well.
In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best properties for investment in this locality.

Project USP's are as follows: Indian Institute of Management, Meenakshi Temple, Fortis Hospital, Nice Road are near by. Over 80% Green Open Spaces, Breathtaking views of Arekere & Hulimavu Lake and Covered Car parks in two basements

This is one of my favourite projects in Bangalore, as an NRI, I was looking for a spacious property and good architectural standard. Windchimes is great, not to mention Mahindra’s NRI facilities are great, they helped me buy flat with no stress and it was a smooth process.

I agree with you Sam :) Mahindra Lifespaces is India’s first Green Homes developer. They are one of the first companies to receive the Platinum rated green homes pre-certification from IGBC and today all the residential projects are pre-certified green buildings by IGBC :) :)

I heard that the builder is giving 20 : 40 : 40 Scheme. Can anyone elaborate about the scheme?

Is it a BBMP approved project? What is the current rate per sqft going on and when is the project expected to get completed?

As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP. The project is expected to get completed by 2018 and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 6994.

There will be 4 towers with 100 apartments on each tower. It is a 2B+G+25 floors structure. Amenities provided in this project are as follows Gym, Squash Court, Multi Purpose Hall, Indoor Kids Play Area, Guest Rooms, Library, Swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, Badminton Court, Cricket Pitch

What all amenities provided in this project and how is the locality for investment purpose?

Amenities provided in this project are as follows: 2 club houses, badminton, tennis, swimming pool with kids pool, kids play area, cricket pitch, party hall, jogging track, elder's corner etc.

Bannerghatta Road was earlier known as Anekal Road but later was renamed as Bannerghatta Road. The Bannerghatta Road commences from Adugodi and terminates at the Bannerghatta National Park

Bannerghatta Road is witnessing rise in residential and commercial real estate. Many real estate developers invested their money in the locality. There was a rise in the sale of property in the locality which has led to a rise in average capital values along the stretch. The real estate is slowly growing in this locality so if you are planning to invest in this locality invest now you can expect appreciation only after 3-4 years.

The locality has many reputed IT companies along with educational institutions. Initially the road was merely used by the tourists who travelled to the Bannerghatta National Park but after the establishment of the IT Companies like Honeywell, IBM, Accenture, Oracle Corporation and many others, the road is loaded with traffic.

The Real Estate is also booming in the locality. At present, there are many popular and contemporary residential and commercial complexes
