Well Khushi,
As per their sales guy, the booking amount will be 101000 and the rest of the amount equal to 20% have to paid within 15-20 days. And the development charges would be Rs. 175/sq-ft. The 70% of the work has been completed.

It is a G+2 storey's apartment consists 10 towers in 2 acres of land and there will be three 2BHK flats in each floor as they are going to develop 120 flats under this project

Hey Dharmaja,
There were 2 sizes available in 2BHK but 885 sq-ft in 2BHK have been fully sold out. Only 695 sq-ft in 1BHK and 2BHK in 965 is available for sale.

The current price per square feet is Rs. 4100/sq-ft. Values are excluding taxes, maintenance, car park charges, floor rise and other charges that may be applicable.

I heard that the project is approved by CIDCO. Which all banks have approved this project for home loan? What is the current status of this project now?

No, the area is still under collectrate and got collectrate approvals, will still take some time to come under CIDCO. As far as banks approval is concerned, IDFC, BOB, LIC Housing Fin. Ltd. has approved it.

This project is under construction and in full pace.
