i am following up with K Hemani since last one year for cancelation, still i have not received the money. also still they have not provided the concern persons contact number to whom i can ask for my money, only some office boy Kalpesh is there to pick the calls for any account related queries, but he is also unanswerable to my query. i booked flat in 2015 and still no progress since then. can anyone provide me the contact number of concern person who can answer my query??

Hi Ramesh, Stated saleable area is 627 for i bhk with a carpet area of 386. Presently what I understand they have only one bhk where you can go for jodi flats. I believe they have stated the price @ 9700 presently. brgds/ansuman
Hi Ansuman, If you are booking an under-construction property, you are required to receive an allotment letter from the builder. This letter includes all the details regarding the flat, the payment options and any extra charges that you may have to pay in case of maintenance or additional facilities.
