Q: I have a 113sqft super area (56sqft carpet area) shop in Noida Extension. I made all the payments and got offer if possession 3 weeks ago. As per the offer of possession I went to make the final payment. When making the payment I was told by Builder that the size of shop has increased by 21sqft (3 lakhs rupees more). No letter of such demand was shared with me. Builder has now left me with two options either pay or cancel. If cancel than no interest will be payed and only the net amount will be paid. In my allotment letter there is no mentioning of cancellation clause. What can I do?

Latest Answer: You can visit the Noida Authority office and made a complaint against the builder if it is registered under UP RERA.

Q: I have been picked from the lottery. I received email that I will receive allotment letter in few days. Around 20 days has been passed but have not received allotment letter so far. I tried to call multiple time but no one is picking up phone.
Kindly issue allotment letter to me as soon as possible.
Latest Answer: Hi Vinay, I think you should meet with the concerned person along with the photo copy of the mail. Ask them why there is a delay in allotment letter? If you are not getting any positive response then send a mail to Haryana RERA.

Q: Dear All,

Anybody has a opinion when a letter of allotment would be issued. Understand it is only issued after CC is received.

Request anybody who has booked in uptown kandivili to try join the hemani owners group for a common forum and latest updates.

Latest Answer: i am following up with K Hemani since last one year for cancelation, still i have not received the money. also still they have not provided the concern persons contact number to whom i can ask for my money, only some office boy Kalpesh is there to pick the calls for any account related queries, but he is also unanswerable to my query. i booked flat in 2015 and still no progress since then. can anyone provide me the contact number of concern person who can answer my query??

Latest Answer: But if you are buying property through Power of Attorney (POA) holder of original allottee of a government development authority: Apart from the documents mentioned above, main documents are :- 1) Will Agreement to sell the property, 2) Permission to mortgage, 3) Special Power of Attorney, 4) Authorisation letter signed by the seller, 5) General Power of Attorney, 6) Verification of signature of seller from his bank.

Q: Hi, i had shown interest in Airoli Green World project for this i had been to their office and spoke to Akshar's marketing executive. As per his words had paid some amt to book the flat and he gave me written on a chit. 2 weeks back i paid to him a Cheque to get the allotment letter.. However they havent yet processed the cheque and giving some or the other reasons. Need a help as to why they are taking so long to process it. Is my money safe? What should i do in this current situation.
Latest Answer: Allotment letter is vital in availing loan from the bank, as the letter mentions the amount of money which you have to pay to the builder/housing society, so that remaining amount can be financed by the bank. On the basis of this letter, generally the bank finances the remaining amount.
