Hi everyone,
I heard that 3BHK is starting from Rs. 79.374 lacs upto 15th floor as it is mentioned in their site. I also want to know the key features of ONE Spirit, Mulund West.

Did you ask the builder or their sales guy as the mentioned price is all exclusive or inclusive. Don' forget that the mentioned price is BSP (Basic Sale Price) and there are so many hidden charges plus stamp duty and registration charges etc.

Key features of One Spirit, Mulund West :- 1) Retail Commercial all in one, 2) 15 years old mall getting redeveloped, 3) Open car parking, Accor hotel place will content mall, And retail convention centre etc.

One Spirit by Nirmal Lifestyle comes under BMC and they are waiting for the necessary approvals to start the project.

You will get 2BHK in same size in Mulund West approximately Rs. 2.0 crore to Rs. 2.10 crore.

Hi Abhijit,
Yes, the above mentioned charges are all exclusive + government charges. And the booking amount will be Rs. 108000/- for 1/2/3BHK.

They is a scheme in which you have to pay Rs. 108000/- as a token amount and within 30 days rest of the amount equal to 20% and your next payment due will be after 4-5 months.

Do you think that it will be safer after paying the 20%. Now-a-days, real estate market is full of uncertainty. Can they provide guarantee for possession? When is the said date of possession?

Well Abhijit,
As per the discussion made with their sales guy i found some useful information like Rental Guarantee. If there is a delay in possession they will pay the rent amount as per the current market rate of the locality. The expected date of possession will be December'2019.
