Q: Does anyone know what is the Construction update of "OASIS Grand Stand". Me and my friend invested in this project three years ago and since then I have not seen any construction. Kindly help us to know if there is any dispute in this Project or Land. They keep updating that construction will start after some months and I have been waiting since three years. I think I have done mistake in investing in OASIS Grandstand. Please help !!

Indeed, well said Paras. Greater Noida is connected with Noida and Delhi. While Noida can be reached directly through the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, And Delhi can be reached by taking the Kalindi Kunj road or the Delhi-Noida-Delhi Highway after entering Noida.
Hi Ramlal, As per different sources, another circle of metro line is proposed to unite Greater Noida which will begin Noida City Center, go through Sectors 71, 78 and 121 and after that join the Bodaki railroad station in Greater Noida. This route line will keep running along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and achieve Knowledge Park 4 by means of Pari Chowk, at long last completion at Bodaki.

The 6 path highway which connected Greater Noida to Ghaziabad has recently been opened for public use. This road would further get joined with the Eastern Periphery Road. In the North and Yamuna Expressway in the South. they have raised payment 50% plus 25% of other charges for aintree tower...... don't know weather the pics they have sent are fake aur actual. I will visit the site soon
I have booked a Flat in OASIS GRANDSTAND through PropTiger Noida in 2012 when the project was in pre-Launch stage. Since then I do not see any construction on Site. I have visited the Site three months ago and I saw nothing apart from a barn land. The Site Manager assured me that Construction will start soon. But now nothing has started, they have now come up with a new excuse that they have some Labour issue. Kindly help me to know if there is any dispute in the Land.
Hi Gowhar, As per my knowledge, you can discuss with builder regarding this issue. If they have some land dispute then they should inform you about it. If you want ,you can take advice from legal expert.

Hi Sai Kumar, According to me, this project was launched approx 6-7 months before. Launching price was around 2100/sq-ft. This project has approval from YEIDA( Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area ). Banks approving loan to this project are Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank. This project has spread over 10 acres of land , with 11 towers. This is multi story G+18 floor apartment.
