I have a 3bhk in hope farm in prashanth extension. 1390 sq feet. balaji casa blanca. what is the rate / sq feet I can expect in this area ? Its a new apartment.

Hi Prashanth, What is the status of the project and how is the track record of the builder? I read in some of the blog that they have not yet completed their previous project. Is that so?

Hi Prashanth, For a 3 bhk apartment in Hope farm, you can quote Rs 70 lakhs to Rs 75 Lakhs as you have said that it is a new apartment.
