Yes, it is a A Khata property and the builder is going to provide OC as well for this project.

Hi Suresh, The builder have not completed any project as of now. They have two ongoing projects so it is not possible to really comment on how is the construction quality of the project.

What is the total land area? Which all banks have approved the project and are they going to provide OC for the apartment?

The project is spread over 1.25 acres of land and there will be 92 units with 2 blocks. It have been approved by BBMP, AKhata and they are going to give OC for all the apartments. Banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC and Axis have approve the project.

How is Varthur locality? Is it safe to buy a property in this locality?

The area has developed because of the growth of Whitfield and also close proximity to the Outer Ring Road. Varthur is connected to the city through the Old Airport Road Varthur Main Road. Moreover metro station is also coming up in Kundanahalli on Varthur Main Road.

hey Suresh, as far as I know the project was launched in December 2013. The construction work is going on in full swing and the possession date as said by the sales person is by end of 2015 plus three months grace period if required.

How much is the booking amount and what will be the price of a 2.5 bhk apartment? How much is the rate per sqft going on and are the flats constructed as per Vaastu?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is RS 3950 AND 2.5 Bhk apartment will cost your around Rs 52 lakhs all inclusive. Rs 3 lakhs is the booking amount they are asking for and all the flats are Vasstu Complaint.
