At last the price trend. It will show how this area is behaving now a days as compared to few years back. Is it steady or improving? Let's see. Sources indicated that, the average residential price of this locality was around 4600/sq-ft in year 2009. After many ups & downs now this price has touched approx 14400/sq-ft in year 2015. This showed rapid improvement approx 13%-15% in price trend.
Hey Baldeep, According to me, Sushant Lok is the only area in entire Gurgaon, who witnessed highest rental value. If you will ask why? Then in my point of view, due to location advantages, connectivity & public transport, social infrastructure & price trend.

This locality is close to residential as well as commercial development situated along the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. Some of the renowned landmarks that are located near to the area are MGF Megapolis Mall, MGF Metropolitan Mall,Sahara Mall, shopping complexes of Central Arcade, JMD Regent Arcade,DLF City Center Mall and some more.
As per my knowledge, Sushant Lok-1 is one of the prime prosperous location in Gurgaon, which consists of different types of residential sectors. Now a days this area become one of the posh preferable location due to availability of quality township. In the beginning of this year , this area recorded an rise of 8% in rental values. Last year this area, was not performing well in terms of real estate property prices.
