Yes! The area has huge demand for rental and re-sale based income.

Is it always wise decision to invest in property rather than FD. Sometimes, residential plotting price appreciate 4 to 5 folds in 5-10 years. Sushant Lok phase-1 is one of the developed residential locality in Gurgaon. Property price here are touching sky high compared to other nearby localities. All the daily basic amenities are available at a walking distance.

Buying a residential plot in Sushant Lok Phase-1 is good but do not go for Sushant Lok-2 and 3 as these lands are disputed and court has issued summons to officials of the district administration, HUDA and Department of town and country planning (DTCP) to appear before it, with details of plots earmarked for economically weaker sections. So, we careful and do your own due diligence before buying or investing here.
