Hi, how is the connectivity of the project?? I have to travel to Delhi every day hence i need to know a proper road. please tell me the metros and roads present near the project.
Hi Samar, you have Dadri road, Jain Road and there is a metro station in Jain Road already. There is also a proposed metro station thats coming up.. So i guess do not worry about the connectivity.!
Hi Nilufar according to my knowledge the project will be delivered within 3 months or so. The project is almost ready and was suppose to get delivered with Dec 2013. but I guess all the flats are sold out!
Sure Anup. the price they are quoting is Rs 8400 to Rs 10000 per sq ft. This is the BSP of the project, you have to pay the parking charges and maintenance charges differently.
and hey Anup you can also take bank loan from all leading private and public banks. The project is approved by the banks and also you will get home loan of 75%-85% .
Sushant Lok I tops the chart, the price is Rs 12000 per sq ft… The area is well developed and one of the costliest area in Gurgaon.About renting, I was the recent report and it shows Rs 24 per sq ft.
Hi, Anup the project is offering 2 and 3 bhks and the size they are offering is 1310 sq.ft to 1600 sq.ft. The project has good locational advantage but Sushant Lok is a developed area.Hence, you wont get too much appreciation here.
