Well Anuj,
The cost of 2BHK in 899 sq-ft is Rs. 1.3 crore onward, in 931 sq-ft. Rs. 1.26 crore and in 1091 sq-ft. Rs. 1.47 crore onward. Similarly, in 3BHK it will be approximate Rs. 2.01 crore.

The current price trend of residential flats in Goregaon West rose by 22.23% in last 1 year.

Sunteck City Avenue-2 is startegically located at Nahar Singh Estate, Ram Mandir Road, Off SV Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai.

As per the developer the date of possession will be December 2018 and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis Bank, SBI, ICICI and HDFC have approved this project for home loan.
