Q: I am planning to book a flat in PS Group. Can anyone tell me what is the price per sqft and how is the quality of construction?

Its around 3,700 per sqft in that area. PS Group is quite a trusted name in the North India. This is their first in Chennai I believe. Definitely its good.

Hi Gaurav, as far as amenities are concerned the project include clubhouse with swimming pool, gymnasium, steam room, aerobic and yoga room, badminton and basketball courts, indoor games like billiards and table tennis, children play area, and a multipurpose hall.

Hi guys, few days back, I have contacted this builder and taken full details about this project. The concerned person is very good and provides full details of my queries. They quoted Rs 3850 per sq ft for me. As far as construction quality is concerned, they said that the rating agency crisis has given 5-point scale and I like the layout plan for this project for 2 BHK.

Hi Priya, I think Prabhu is asking for PS Nexterra at Perumbakkam. In my point of view, the project gets location advantage. Perumbakkam is one of the trending area in Chennai for the residential market.Just miles away from the IT corridor, it is a bridge to Chennai biggest transport hubs, IT parks, shopping centers, healthcare and educational institutes.
