Hi, Ground water in Perumbakkam and near about this area are too salty. Also, I have inquired some of the people who stay there and they are telling that we can't even use the water for bathing and washing. So they are buying water from tanks and managing their needs. But they did not even find any difficulty in doing this as it becomes a usual activity in that area.

Projects are in the price band of INR 3250 psf- INR 4000 psf, depending on the location, specification and builder.
