There are many other options where you can get the same amenities at a comparatively less price. One such good option is Happinest by Mahindra, located in Avadi. Here the flats start from somewhere around 19 lakhs with high end construction quality and amazing amenities. As it is quite near to KG centre point I dont think it will make much of a difference. Suggest you to have a look.
